55g Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55g ("55g," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 55g online gaming platform accessible at https://55g.lat and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 55g Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55g Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as amended from time to time.

To open a 55g account and access our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. This age threshold is strictly enforced. 55g reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify age at any point.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services through 55g is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of 55g or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or business partners.
• You do not have an existing active or self-excluded 55g account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from 55g or any other 55g-affiliated platform.

55g reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met. Verification of eligibility may be required at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals.

Each eligible person may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 55g Platform. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55g account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your 55g account is your sole responsibility, whether or not carried out by you personally.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your 55g account, you must notify 55g support immediately at [email protected]. 55g will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 55g may require identity verification documents at any time, including a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification.

Deposits: 55g accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to your 55g wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 55g is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 55g aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. 55g reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All transactions on the 55g Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is not supported.

Restrictions: Funds deposited into your 55g wallet are held for gaming purposes only. 55g reserves the right to delay, withhold, or void withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is detected. Any funds originating from illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

Each game available on the 55g Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

All random-outcome games on 55g use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information panels.

Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio environments. All live game outcomes are final once confirmed by the live dealer system. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, 55g will apply the most recently confirmed game state to settle bets, in accordance with the applicable live game provider's rules.

55g reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction. Players will be notified and stakes returned where bets are voided.

55g may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to registered members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 55g promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one (1) active bonus may be held at any time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• 55g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus stacking, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.
• 55g's decision regarding bonus eligibility and related disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55g Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or playing if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one (1) 55g account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any game or the 55g Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any gains made through exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 55g Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any competitive game format.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

All content on the 55g Platform — including but not limited to the 55g brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55g or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55g Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 55g content without prior written consent from 55g.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55g and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the 55g Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 55g's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash or Maya.
• Losses arising from your decisions to participate in any game or promotion on the Platform.

55g's total aggregate liability to any player, in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

55g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Required by law or by a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, 55g may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination is not caused by breach, undisputed real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55g support. Self-exclusion options are also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

55g is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their 55g account.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period may be set by the player.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players seeking a longer break may apply for self-exclusion, which disables all access to the 55g Platform for the chosen period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any game outcome, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 55g customer support team. 55g will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits 55g's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

55g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the 55g Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 55g Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
